Windshield Replacement Guarantee Plans

G12^® Road Hazard Guarantee

This windshield replacement guarantee is included free when we replace your windshield. It covers unlimited repairs or a single replacement within 12 months. The G12 Road Hazard Guarantee covers the cost of glass, but not labor or installation materials.

If your windshield can be safely repaired, our specialists will choose that option. It saves you time and money and does not void the remainder of your plan coverage. 

G12 Future Installation Option

We also offer a G12 Future Installation Option at an additional charge. This covers everything you get with our G12 Road Hazard Guarantee, and it also includes labor and installation materials. Your repairs or replacement costs will essentially be covered.

G12 Value Package

For our highest level of protection, we offer our G12 Value Package. It includes everything offered with our Future Installation Option, plus new windshield wiper blades and an application of Clear Choice™ glass protectant. With just one application, your windshield is more resistant to scratches and the damaging effects of the environment. Clear Choice will also preserve the clarity of your windshield during rainy or other inclement weather.

Guidelines for Coverage

Each of our protection packages covers your windshield for 12 months and is limited to normal road hazards. Damage due to collision, vandalism, fraud or acts of God are excluded. Certain large vehicles (Class A motor coaches, buses, and class 7 or 8 heavy-duty trucks) are excluded from coverage. You’ll need to report your claim to the original Glass Doctor center that performed the windshield installation, and you’ll need to have your repair or replacement performed by a Glass Doctor location.
