- G12® Road Hazard Guarantee: This basic plan is included free with every windshield replacement. Coverage includes unlimited windshield repairs and a single windshield replacement for a full 12 months. This plan covers the cost of glass only; labor and installation materials are not included.
- G12 Future Installation Option: Customers interested in more comprehensive coverage can purchase our G12 Future Installation Option for an additional fee. This mid-level coverage plan not only includes everything offered by our G12 Road Hazard Guarantee but includes the cost of labor and installation materials as well.
- G12 Value Package: If you want all of the coverage offered by our G12 Future Installation Option, but you would like a few extra perks, the G12 Value Package is for you. Receive new windshield wiper blades and a professional application of Clear Choice™ glass protectant when you enroll in this plan. Coverage Guidelines
- Our windshield replacement guarantee plan options include 12 full months of coverage, limited to normal road hazards. Damages caused by collision, fraud, vandalism or acts of God are not included.
- Every plan allows for unlimited windshield repair or a single windshield replacement at no cost to you.
- Class A motor coaches, class 7 or 8 heavy-duty trucks and buses are excluded.
- Claims must be reported to the Glass Doctor location that performed your windshield replacement.
- The specialists at a Glass Doctor location must perform replacements and repairs.
